Hello
My name is Evan, or Evova. I’ve been working on music since December of 2019. I strive to make emotional and relaxing music. I get most of my inspiration from nature.
Inspiration
Why?
Idk I thought making music was fun. I’ve been making up my own songs since I was 8 or 9. I took (and still do take) piano lessons and made my own song on a scratch sheet of paper. It wasn’t good but still. I listen to a lot of Monstercat, Tobu, and Chilled Cow now, and one day I decided I wanted to create my own music. I bought a Novation Launchpad in March of 2019.
What Do I Use?
I use Ableton as my DAW (Digital Audio Workstation). I like it because it’s all neat and organized, it’s easy to find stuff, and it’s easy to connect devices or download plug-ins. I use a Launchpad (top) and an Akai Mini (bottom) for playing music/recording music. The button will lead you to an Amazon link for the launchpad I bought, which comes with Ableton Live 10 Lite.
